I love my Coffee and coffee creamer. I’m a tractor-trailer driver and on the road a lot I drink a lot of coffee during the day and evening can I buy coffee outside in stores. Sugar free creamers are not always available. And I can’t carry them in the truck any advice on what I could do it raises my blood sugar immensely

Hi, this is Faith your Glucose Guards nutrition coach. Are you using flavored coffee creamer? If so, I would suggest using flavored coffee and add half/half. This will give you the flavor without added sugar. Iced coffee is readily available if this is an item you would enjoy. Do note, coffee its self will raise your blood sugar. Land O Lakes makes “Mini Moo’s half & half individual cups. Coffee Mate and Nestle has them as well. Perhaps you will have room for a few of them in your truck.

Adding half and half to coffee will count towards a fat serving, however, it may be used.
Beware of sugar free coffee creamers as they may have artificial sweeteners added such as sucralose and/or sugar alcohols. The fat content may be higher as well.
      How about using flavored coffees?
